Our next project here at Coram Deo is to start a gym
in our living room. We went out to Valerio Canez and purchased some exercise
equipment. We paid the technician from the company to install everything for
us.
This is Yvens trying out the gym machine.
Johnny will be the supervisor of the equipment.
Patchico is trying out the treadmill.
Herode is on the exercise bicycle. We hope to use our
equipment also towards one day having a physiotherapy program here at Coram Deo.
We are praying and hoping that this will be possible one day.

This is an abdominal roller. I always have been
active in sports too and used to have a fitness membership at Henfrasa, but
since the earthquake the grounds have been used as a refuge camp. I know a lot
of people who live in the camp and can't work out in the gym building while
people are living in miserable conditions in the tarp/tents. By investing in
purchasing our own equipment all the people here at Coram Deo can benefit
including me :)
