Junel Romelus' Funeral - 18 Years Old - Part 2

Amos and his younger brother Jefftay. Good servants of the Lord!

Paulna standing to the right.

The church was decorated for the service.

Floral wreaths.

Jn. Eddy, our school director speaking during the service.

He wants all the students to do well.

Junel was well liked. A lot of people came for the funeral.

Some of the students from our school program attended the funeral.

Jn. Eddy speaking to the church.

Junel's sister standing beside the casket.

Decorations inside the church.

A church choral group sang during the service.

Arriving at the Drouillard cemetary. Carrying the coffin from the street.

Inside the cemetary gates.

Walking towards the grave site.

A lot of people made the effort to travel to the grave site.

The grave is above ground like in the background in cement caves.

Jn. Eddy's mother at the grave site.

The slot where Junel will be buried.

The slot is rented. After a year or so the slot is opened, contents removed and made ready for another burial rental.

Waiting for everyone to arrive at the burial site.

In the grave caves behind this picture there are 3 slots available for burial rentals. No name plaques. You need to remember where your loved one is buried.

A view from atop the burial caves.

Wreaths of flowers being brought to the grave site.

Drouillard is a large graveyard near the airport on the corner of Rte. National and Airport Rd.

Junel's sister opens the coffin for a last inspection.

Wreaths will be placed by the site.

Some final photos before burial.

Grave sites opened and being readied for a future occupant.

Sadly Pastor Octave walked away from the burial site. Junel's mother poured powder over the casket with the belief that she could prevent someone from taking Junels body and turning him into a zombie :( Pray for Junel's family.
