Vernaldino Cadet, whose nick-name is "T-Ben" is one of our secondary students here at Coram Deo. He is a quiet, seriou student who wants to excel in his education. He attends church at Eglise Sur Le Rocher (Church on the Rock), and they held a special Good Friday baptism service. What a testimony to the message of Good Friday, Jesus Christ's death on the cross for our sins. It is "good" in that through his death and resurrection 3 days later our sins are forgiven and we have the gift of eternal life. The churches here in Haiti have been holding special services. This afternoon in our yard while working on the computer I have been listening to the voices of choirs rehearsing for the Easter Services at Pastor Octave's church tomorrow. He invited us to attend this service and I am going to try out my video camera to capture the music of these choirs. It sure was a special treat today to hear an early preview of what they will be singing and sharing with the church tomorrow. Pray also for T-Ben and his walk with God. It is good to see that as the children here at Coram Deo grow older that they are maturing in their faith as well and getting involved in the life of the church. Please pray for everyone here at Coram Deo and in Haiti this Easter season.
God Bless.
